as a player of bioware games, who got bought out by EA, i must say, if that happened, i would be incredibly concerned. EA on its own is bad enough :S

So, the publisher/developer of Vindictus, Mabinogi, and MapleStory want to buy out the company that publishes Maxis game of SimCity and other games like The Sims, Red Alert, etc.
What a strange marriage.
Also, EA is, like, so big to swallow up, even for a large company like Nexon. How can they possibly expect to succeed with this? And, finally, I’m loath to see a U.S. company brought out by a foreign company. If it happens, EA’s profits will probably go to a foreign country instead of the U.S.
